The Médoc alone is home to gastronomic treasures which will not go unnoticed by foodies. In line with the rhythm of the seasons, the forest offers up a wide selection of mushrooms, the most famous being the bay bolete or Bordeaux cep, but also girolles, chanterelles, yellow nights, etc. Moreover, be sure to try the famous Bordeaux entrecôte steak and the now certified “Pauillac lamb”. Lastly, mini sweet treats are also on the menu with noisettines, sarments du Médoc and the famous canelés.
